1 / Scope

Services

1.1   The Supplier will deploy and operate the Sirius data plane across 48 Client-owned camera feeds in Zones A and B of Terminal 4 for the term of this Statement of Work.

1.2   The Supplier will consume RTSP streams on a read-only basis. The Client's existing Video Management System remains under Client control and is not modified, migrated, or replaced.

1.3   Camera replacement, network cabling, VMS migration, and 24-hour monitoring are expressly outside scope and, if required, will be agreed by written variation.

2.1   The Client will accept or reject each deliverable in writing within 10 business days of submission. Deliverables not rejected within that window are deemed accepted.

3 / Fees

Fees and payment

3.1   Total fees for the term are SGD 113,360.00 inclusive of GST, fixed for the term and not subject to indexation.

3.2   50% is invoiced on the effective date and 50% on acceptance of D3. Payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice.

4 / Data

Data handling and confidentiality

All footage, frames, embeddings, and derived metadata remain within the Client's terminal network segment for the term. No such data is transmitted to the Supplier or any third party.

4.1   Retention is 30 days for event metadata and 7 days for video clips, after which data is purged automatically.

4.2   Console access is limited to Client duty managers and two named Supplier engineers, recorded in Annex A.

5 / Term

Termination and variation

5.1   Either party may terminate for convenience on 30 days written notice. Fees are payable for deliverables accepted or in progress at the effective date of termination.

5.2   Any change to scope, deliverables, or fees takes effect only when recorded in a written variation signed by both parties.
