Thank you for the site walkthrough on 5 August. This letter confirms the scope of the proposed 90-day Sirius pilot at Terminal 4 and the two decisions we need from your side before work can begin.

The pilot covers 48 existing camera feeds across Zones A and B. Sirius consumes RTSP streams read-only and runs alongside your current VMS; no cameras are swapped and no recording configuration changes. All footage remains on premises for the duration of the pilot, and no frames or derived metadata leave the terminal network segment.

We need confirmation of rack space in 14B for two GPU-equipped edge nodes, and sign-off on the retention window of 30 days for metadata and 7 days for clips. With both in place, Zone A can be live in week five.
