All 48 camera feeds were live by week nine, completing Zone B two weeks ahead of the original plan. Detection accuracy measured against operator-labelled ground truth held at 96.2% across the full quarter, above the 92% target.

Alert latency at the 95th percentile settled at 1.8 seconds after the week-six ingest tuning. Remaining false positives concentrate on glare in Zone B cameras 12 to 14 and are being addressed through masking rather than model changes.

Two decisions are outstanding for Q4: incident bookmarking scope, and whether retention extends to 60 days for metadata.
